Nov 13, 2017 · I upgraded from the Fitbit One to the Alta HR because I wanted to monitor heart rate and be able to have a more advanced sleep monitor. The Alta HR does both. Although it took a bit to get the sleep monitor to work - had to reset it by double-pressing the button on the power charger.
